总之,把食物作为研究怀旧的主题是富有成效和启发的。食物不仅对生存至关重要,而且是一种心智“精华素”,如果使用得当,它能滋养一个群体的精神健康。人们可以从中寻求慰籍。香港社会可以利用它作为文化力量的源泉以推动文化实践。本文论述了在什么样的经济、政治、文化环境下,茶餐厅从一顿简单的茶歇,转变为一个承载着强烈家园情感的文化象征。
